Many in the divorce process spend their time, money and energy in ways that don’t serve them. A coached client will mindfully identify opportunities and avoid costly traps. The efficiencies you gain through coaching can be measured in dollars saved, hours reclaimed, and energy redirected toward a healthy life purpose.
If you are uncertain whether you need to be on the path of reconciliation or divorce, coaching can help you discern the path. Through coaching, you can gain a better awareness of how you are showing up for yourself and in relationship. From a better awareness of how you are showing up, a coach can help you identify authentic values and guiding principles that inform your life. When you are clear on what matters to you, the choice of path will also be clear.
